Our travel agency grew organically, shaped by years of passion, experience and shared journeys. Long before it became a fully professional venture, designing tailor-made trips through Southern Africa began as a personal side activity first for friends and family, then gradually for a wider circle of travellers seeking something more personal and authentic. Over time, word spread, requests grew, and what started slowly and intuitively evolved into a clear vision. Founding our own travel agency was a natural next step.
We are an owner-run, boutique travel agency, managed by us as a couple, specialising in tailor-made journeys across Botswana, Namibia and Southern Africa. Jan is a Belgian citizen living in Botswana, with over 25 years of travel experience and a strong focus on Africa, particularly Southern and Eastern Africa. This allows him to understand the expectations, wishes and practical constraints of European travellers.
PEARL
earl is a Motswana, born and raised in Botswana. She brings deep local knowledge, strong community connections and an intuitive understanding of Botswana’s landscapes, cultures and people. Our way of working starts long before an itinerary is drawn. Every tailor-made journey begins with an in-depth conversation often preceded by a questionnaire to truly understand who you are, how you like to travel, and what matters most to you. Only once this mutual understanding is in place do we start designing your journey. For us, tailor-made is not about combining existing building blocks; it is about creating a journey from the ground up, shaped around your interests, pace and expectations and nothing else.
